Active Life - Gentle cardio/strength to build a foundation for a healthy, active life.

Aqua Deep - Improve cardio endurance & strength in deep water with zero impact.

Aqua Mix - Cardio & strength training that will burn fat without stressing joints.

Aqua Waves - Gentle workout for beginners or individuals with muscle/joint aliments.

BODYCOMBAT™ BODYCOMBAT™ - BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout. You'll learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.

BODYPUMP™ BODYPUMP™ - BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.

BODYSTEP™ Athletic BODYSTEP™ Athletic - BODYSTEP™ is basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs. This full-body cardio workout will really tone your butt and thighs.

BODYSTEP™ Classic BODYSTEP™ Classic - BODYSTEP™ is basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs. This full-body cardio workout will really tone your butt and thighs.

Bells, Bars & Bands - Kettlebells, Barbells & Bands make for a killer workout! We combine these three tools to build muscle in all the right places. Classes include a total body workout that elevates the heart rate and engages the core; check-in & card required @ front desk.

Better Back - A series of poses designed to create & maintain a healthy core.

CYCLE EXPRESS LIVE - A 45 minute ride geared towards strength & endurance; check-in & card required @ front desk.

CYCLE LIVE - Same concept as Cycle Express but a challenging 60 minute ride; check-in & card required @ front desk.

Cadence-Outdoor - Join RRCA Certified Coach, Maria, for an outdoor running workout. All level runners are welcome. Workouts will vary week to week*, but each one's designed to challenge & improve your current fitness level-whatever that may be! *examples include trackwork, tempo runs, hill repeats & timed out-and-back runs MEET IN LOBBY

Cadence-Treadmill - Get your heart and soles moving in this new interval-based treadmill class led by RRCA Certified Runing coach, Maria. Open to all level runners; check-in & card required @ front desk.

Circuit - Three distinct workouts (build, burn, ignite) designed to build muscle, torch body fat & fire-up your metabolism. Workouts are divided into stations so you work at your own pace, completing the reps your body can crank out!

Freemotion - This cable workout is performed using a Freemotion Tower to improve strength, balance, flexibility & power; check-in & card required @ front desk. CLASS IS HELD IN THE FUNCTIONAL TRAINING STUDIO

Fusion Tone - Condition your body with an energetic workout that combines cardio & strength interval style.

GRIT GRIT - This LIVE GRIT 30 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) class combines awesome music with inspirational coaches to motivate & push you to the next level. Burn fat, grow lean muscle & increase aerobic fitness creating an athletic & powerful mind & body. check-in & card required @ front desk.

Hatha - A moderate pace of poses focusing on breathing, posture & relaxation.

Hatha Advanced - Fitness/sport specific stretches & challenging poses for those physically active.

Kick Tone - Freestyle, non-contact cardio/tone class that combines jabs, punches, kicks, drills and body weight and/or resistance tubing strength exercises.

Kids  Yoga Kids Yoga - Designed for children 7-11 years of age; kids will explore poses, breathing, relaxation techniques & positive thinking; check-in @ front desk.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio - LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo - LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength - LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plates and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Mat Pilates - Dynamic mat exercises designed to lengthen & strengthen muscles.

PiYo LIVE PiYo LIVE - Sweat, stretch, and strengthen in one low-impact, body-sculpting workout. PiYo LIVE cranks up the intensity and speed of traditional Pilates and yoga to help you shape sleek arms, flat abs, and a lifted butt—no equipment needed.

RPM-Virtual RPM-Virtual - RPM™ will get you fit and leave you feeling euphoric. This 30 or 45 minute indoor cycling workout will motivated you while your body burns through calories.

Sculpt Tone - Sculpt & tone your entire body in this freestyle strength class.

Sculpt Tone X - Sculpt & tone your upper body and core in this freestyle strength class.

Vinyasa - Combines breath & energetic flowing movement to create a vigorous, challenging class.

Virtual BodyCombat Virtual BodyCombat - BODYCOMBAT™ is a martial arts inspired workout that will get you fighting fit. BODYCOMBAT is available in 30 and 55 minute formats.

Virtual BodyFlow Virtual BodyFlow - BODYFLOW® is a Yoga, Tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. BODYFLOW is available in 30 and 55 minute formats.

Virtual CXWORX Virtual CXWORX - CXWORX™ is the 30 minute workout that will strengthen and tone your abs, glutes, back and obliques.

Virtual SH'BAM Virtual SH'BAM - SH’BAM™ is your fun loving, insanely addictive, dance workout. With no experience needed, this 30 and 45 minute workout features chart topping hits and seriously hot dance moves.

Yin - Poses held longer to stretch deep into the connective tissues to increase ones range of motion.

Zumba Zumba - Mixes low-intensity with high-intensity moves for an interval style dance fitness party.

Zumba Plus Zumba Toning - A cardio-toning workout combining the dance party fun of traditional Zumba plus targeted body-sculpting exercises using Zumba Toning Sticks.
