Class Descriptions

BODYFLOW™ BODYFLOW™ - BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYPUMP™ BODYPUMP™ - BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.

BOOM® MUSCLE BOOM® MUSCLE - BOOM® MUSCLE by Tivityincorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You’ll move through several “blocks,” which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength. Fitness level: Designed for active older adults ages 55 and up (must be able to exercise in a standing position and get up and down from the floor).

CXWORX™ CXWORX™ - CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body while chiselling your waist line. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do – it's the glue that holds everything together.

Cycle Cycle - Cardio Cycling: A great cardio and core workout with less impact and stress than jogging or treadmill workouts! Limited bikes are available; must sign up and pay ahead of time at Welcome Center to reserve a bike. If you are new to cycling, please arrive at least 5 minutes early for bike set up. Court shoes recommended (shoes with a stiff and fairly flat sole, not running shoes). All fitness levels.

Cycle HIIT Cycle HIIT - Get your heart rate up while gaining strength and endurance through motivating music and peddle work of this 30 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) cycling class

LES MILLS GRIT® LES MILLS GRIT® - The LES MILLS GRIT® Series features three unique workouts featuring High Intensity Interval Training designed for ultimate results in minimum time. Like all good things, LES MILLS GRIT™ comes in three styles – Cardio, Strength and Plyo. LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength: Uses barbells, plates and bodyweight exercises to make you strong, toned and unbelievably fit. LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo: Explosive agility training to build a lean and athletic body. LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio: Bodyweight exercises with a focus on speed and intensity to rapidly burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

LES MILLS TONE™ LES MILLS TONE™ - LES MILLS TONE™ is a mix of strength, cardio and core training designed to deliver a complete workout in 45 minutes.

Man UP Man UP - Man Up is for anyone looking to improve their athletic, cardiovascular and muscular performance through high intensity interval training(HIIT), cross training and strength training. This will be achieved through combining biomechanics used in sports medicine to prevent injury with the high heart rate and fat burning benefits of HIIT. This is perfect for recreational or endurance athletes and others of intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Not for beginners!

POUND™ POUND™ - POUND – Rockout. Workout® Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! All Fitness levels.

REFIT® REFIT® - REFIT® is a group fitness experience that rocks your body, heart, and soul with powerful moves and positive music to inspire you from the inside out. REFIT classes propel students to their best selves through dance, toning, balance, and flexibility. It’s designed for everybody and every body—regardless of age, shape, size, or ability. All fitness levels.

RPM™ RPM™ - RPM™ is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It blasts calories and builds aerobic fitness fast.

Senior Volleyball - Senior Volleyball: Gather with your friends for some fun volleyball…played seated in a chair with a beach ball--minus the sand! Enjoy smiles, friendships, and activity with this group of seniors. All fitness levels.

SilverSneakers Classic SilverSneakers Classic - SilverSneakers® Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This class is designed for ages 65 and up.

Totally Fit Life Totally Fit Life - Totally Fit Life empowers people to look better, feel better, and have more energy! Experience daily accountability and camaraderie through email and our Totally Fit Life Classes. Classes include cardio, flexibility, strength, and core conditioning. Attend three 60-minute TFL classes per week. Select the time that matches your life situation: 6:00 a.m. (M-W-F)—for those who work and need to exercise early; more intense than our later classes. (*Limited space—reserved for TFL System participants only). 7:30 a.m. (M-W-F)—for those who desire a less intense workout (seniors, previously sedentary, etc.) but there are also people with higher fitness levels participating in this class. 9:30 a.m. (M-W-F)—TFL Women—this class is for women of all ages who enjoy the social aspects of working out in a group. (Limited space—reserved for TFL System participants only*). Totally Fit Life System 10-week cycle fee: $45. System requires daily email accountability & includes classes.

Zumba Fitness Zumba Fitness - Zumba® Fitness: Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves make this an exciting class of calorie-burning, body-energizing fun! Routines feature intervals of fast and slow rhythms and core training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. All fitness levels.

cardioCORE cardioCORE - cardioCORE will burn a ton of calories in this unique, 30 minute class. Combining friends, group fitness inspired movement patterns, core conditioning and great music. All fitness levels.
